TREY ANASTASIO BAND // CHARLOTTE 420 FINAL ART

Here is the final art for the Trey poster - I think these will look killer printed up with some super bright inks!

TREY ANASTASIO BAND // CHARLOTTE 420 CONCEPTS

Here are a couple of ideas for the poster - Since the show is on 420 the obvious direction is to do a goofy stoner poster - I thought we could do something a little more toned down, but still psychedelic and cool. Either of these could also be added to in order to up the 420 factor : )

Charlotte is well known for its racing and nascar history (the nascar hall of fame is even located there) - this poster would be a stylish homage to that. A bitchin' old school racecar screaming around a curve - The curve/track would be made up of different brightly colored lines and shapes - a sort of psychadelic take on a classic racing poster. This classic speedracer poster uses a similar effect. The typography would be styled after vintage motorsports logos and type. Could be cool to have some green smoke trailing out of the car as it screams around the bend.

Charlotte's nickname is 'The Queen City' so what better image for a poster than a badass queen? Her hair emanates out creating a graphic, op-art inspired swirl of colors that take up most of the image. I'd love to illustrate this with some really bright, bold colors. See adjusted '420' version below:
