Greenville // final art

Here's the final art for the Greenville poster, tried to really recreate all the printing quirks you'd find if you scanned and enlarged an old ticket stub or program. I think this will look great printed up full size.

Jason Isbell Greenville concepts

Here are a few concepts for the Peace Center poster:

The Peace center is located right on the river and walking trail that runs through downtown - the path is called the swamp rabbit trail so I thought a spring-themed illustration with a rabbit could be really appropriate. Stylistically people seemed to respond really well to the Brooklyn poster so I think something along those lines with a looser line and layout inspired by old packaging.

The part of town where the venue is used to an industrial area where a local train line ran, this would be a cool nod at that history done in the same style as the above concept. Train engines are often referred to as units and I always picture a train when I think of '400 unit'.

A baseball themed typographic approach. For the layout I referenced lots of of antique baseball ephemera . This one would probably end up more in the vein of our Charlotte or Chattanooga posters - lots of type, blocks of color with relevant illustration worked in.
