HOMEGROWN UPDATE

I did this sketch last year but we went with a different direction, I think it'll be perfect for this year though! Rainbow row being 'overgrown' by these giant, bright, psychedelic flowers - maybe have a nice colorful sunset to go along with it, lots of room for little details - a girl on a bike, a cat in a window, maybe add a palmetto tree somewhere...

homegrown poster concepts

Here are a couple of rough ideas based on the drive in movie inspiration you sent:

Cool 60s car pulling into the the drive in. The band name would be stylized on a vintage style sign - maybe we could put all of the other info either on the marquee or design it as a movie title card on the screen?

A more direct perspective of the back of the car facing the movie screen. Homegrown is in marquee letters as though it were the name of the drive-in, and the band name becomes a classic film style title card (maybe even with credits for the band members...). The rest of the info could be on the bottom of the poster or we could incorporate it into the back of the car as bumper stickers, the license plate etc...
